SOme free web based MMORPG's can contain virus, hackers, and other harmful things. If you have a friend who played it before or can contact someone about it to make sure it is not harmful it would be good. I habe played sherwood and I recieved 2 viruses and a Hacker hacking my computer. Becareful when playing ANY online game.

My bros always playing World of War Craft for free...like a free trial or something...im not really big on mmorpgs anymore tho...

Runescape was a good game. Couple years back I got really addicted to it. (Yes I know, I was lame :-[)

I have to say, it was a damn good game. Just whatever you do, dont get addicted to it. That goes for pretty much any game.

Now I look back and I think to myself, what a waste of time.

But seriously, if you're bored and want a Browser Based MMORPG to play, I highly recommend Runescape.

Yeah, I know what you mean :relaxed:  I USED to play it, and got addicted to it for like 2 years, but I quit cause of a few reasons:

1)  I just got bored of it.
2)  I decided I needed a life :relaxed:
3)  All the stupid hackers etc.
4)  I just gave up.

Even though you have to pay for it (Trial available). Halo 1 I think is still the best for PC.

it depends, you need to check the game... like on world of warcraft, its illegal..
on most games its illegal :P

^^ People cant actually hack you unless you let them on online games, believe me..
Unless you give them private information, or say, your IP address, they cant hack YOU without hacking the game itself and getting into the database, and therefore getting your password..

And even small games have quite alot of protection, Runescape has ALOT of protection from hackers..


I know these things.. :P
